Amazing selection of wigs and hair supplies and very reasonable prices. I was helped by a wonderfully informed woman on the care and supplies for a costume wig I was having trouble with.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hair store was unacceptable on every level. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was downright rude. Not a single greeting, no offer to help, and when I asked a question about a product, I was met with a dismissive attitude like I was bothering them. To make matters worse, when I finally made my purchase, the cashier was incredibly unprofessional. They barely acknowledged me, acted annoyed when I asked about a return policy, and slammed my receipt down without saying a word.I walked out feeling disrespected and frustrated. There are plenty of other places to buy hair care products—ones that actually value their customers and maintain clean, welcoming spaces. I will never return to this store, and I strongly suggest others save their time and money by shopping elsewhere.
