Amazing selection of wigs and hair supplies and very reasonable prices. I was helped by a wonderfully informed woman on the care and supplies for a costume wig I was having trouble with.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hair store was unacceptable on every level. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was downright rude. Not a single greeting, no offer to help, and when I asked a question about a product, I was met with a dismissive attitude like I was bothering them. To make matters worse, when I finally made my purchase, the cashier was incredibly unprofessional. They barely acknowledged me, acted annoyed when I asked about a return policy, and slammed my receipt down without saying a word.I walked out feeling disrespected and frustrated. There are plenty of other places to buy hair care products—ones that actually value their customers and maintain clean, welcoming spaces. I will never return to this store, and I strongly suggest others save their time and money by shopping elsewhere.

This must be the most professional, cost effective, organized amazing, helpful staff beauty supply store I have been in since living in PA. The store is mainly shipping for ethnic supplies, however you can find pretty much everything you need here. I personally enjoy working with all constructs and types of products available. I enjoy coloring my hair all types of creative colors and typical Caucasian products just plain stink at meeting my creative abilities. I was extremely impressed at the HUMONGOUS selection of all hair products, Wefts, wigs, sew ins, braid ins, colors, types of texture. I was even more impressed at the reasonable prices of all products including hot tools, blow dryers etc. I was able to walk in, find what I was looking for, and leave with the exact products I needed to match my hair color and turn my hair from blah to glam in less than 15 minutes. I can't wait to go back again and purchase a few more products for myself! Also, I was absolutely STUNNED at the amazing amount of excellent priced hair colors, it's was like every color of the rainbow and MORE! I believe I've found my hidden gem and I am so happy I could probably try every hairstyles under the sun.

Went to get some Mousse.. Grabbed this one. Had get help in searching for a good product.. Customer Service was excellent. Didn't have to wait long at all to cash out. Plus the price for this item was more than reasonable.. Will definitely be back. 😁
